Porter and horses!

I have been getting the horses out every day trying to make a point to get them in shape and to work with them more. Porter has been there with me each time that I am getting them out asking if he can ride. I am trying to make sure that I let him ride as much as he wants so that his interest in horses gets bigger. He is at the point now that when he rides he asks me, "Dad how do you make this horse go faster!". I think I'll have to start looking for a really good kid's horse that will take care of him.

The abomination was coming!

In order for Porter to save his sister from the giant bumblebee from outer space that Port called an abomination he had to cover Adlee in dirt. Can you tell that Adlee likes to dress herself? She has great fashion sense:) A velvety purple bodysuit, a tutu, and an arm floaty......beautiful!

New Project

I am in the process of beautifying a garage sale find. I spent yesterday sanding of layers of grime and paint. Joe works all day today and tomorrow so hopefully Monday I will get a chance to work on it again.
I have been reading this blog and want to find a dresser that I can work on for our bedroom. Then I think I want to build this bed for Adlee. Then maybe I will tackle building a kitchen table...lol.

We were in WA for one stinking week. We ran into 3 different stinken snakes. Maybe it is a good thing that we don't live there.
