Gobble Gobble

Here are a couple pictures of our day.

A few things to pay no attention to:
1. Porter decided he did not need to wear pants today. (good thing his little boxer briefs are about the cutest things ever)
2. Adlee only wore one slipper all day.
3. I look like a whale who really should have done her hair.
4. Does it look to you that Joe has put on some sympathy weight?
5. Porter really needs his hair cut. I wonder if the barber is open tomorrow?

The kids in a pumpkin :)

I forgot to post these pictures earlier. At the pumpkin patch I came across a huge pumpkin that I could fit the kids into... so I just had to buy it :) This is going to have to be a yearly thing now.

Just in case you did not see the ones from last year :) These are so funny. I can not believe how much they have grown in just one year. Adlee looks so different.

Halloween

We took the kids out trick or treating with some friends of ours. We had to fight Adlee to get her into her costume and we have to fight Porter to get out of his. They both had a good time and Adlee got the hang of it really quick once she realized she was getting candy out of it.

We went by Grandma and Grandpas at the end of the day. Porter has the best grandpa! He dressed up as Venom (mean spiderman) so he could scare Porter. Porter thought it was great. We are had a good laugh listening to Porter scream and seeing Charlie run around in his homemade Venom costume.

Yeah!

For Porter's birthday he (we all) got a fantastic swing set/fort. I have been looking at all different stores and all over online for a good deal all summer long. I figured that since we have so many years of kids ahead of us that a good swing set would be totally worth its weight in gold. We finally came across a used Costco one on Craigslist for a really good price. Thanks to Charlie and Poppy for going to Boise and disassembling it and hauling over to reassemble it for us. It is absolutely perfect. It has everything.. a picnic table, a sandbox, monkey bars, rock wall, baby swing, slide, and a great fort. Who knew a 28 year old could love a swing set so much. I think I love it more then Porter does :)

Our big boy has turned 3!

I can not believe that Port is three years old already. We had a Spiderman party at the park to celebrate. After the park we went and had pizza and then went to the drive-in movies. It was a great day!
